When raising the level of young or new staff ,

the team may be acting apart.

Or, if conflicts are occurring with executives or upper level departments,

try to communicate.

1  When making reforms, decide concrete goals.

Keep in mind whether improvements meet standards. 

To see whether the current goal has not been achieved, 

and whether it recognizes that it is not done. 

Also note whether the problem is an internal problem or an external outsider problem. 

And considering whether the target has important meaning for ourselves.

2   List concrete action behavior.

The staff will make a frank offer to write or declare. 

Just be careful as it may be harmful in achieving the goal.

3   Giving out goals and putting out insecurity material.

It is best to take actions towards the goal. 

For example, do not want to be evacuated from others, 

do not want to shame, 

do not want to think that there is no qualification, etc.

4   Overturn existing stereotypes.

When recognizing and overcoming, take a action and do actions.

If stereotypes are the cause, there is a case that it is impossible to cope.
